They build products that actual help the war fighter.
The ceo is not a good person. His personality naturally always speak down to ALL including second in command. This translates to a very miserable place to work.

CEO can put on a great fake face as required. Again this is not a good person. His second in command is a “YES MAN” no help there. The remainder of leadership is there for the pay check.
