Pay Range: $26.78-$28.39 per hour
POSITION SUMMARY
Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and utility shut-offs for buildings. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Assure each day's activities and problems that occur are communicated to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards. Display thorough knowledge of building systems, emergency response, and building documentation including reading standard blue prints and electrical schematics concerning plumbing and HVAC. Display advanced engineering operations skills and general mechanical ability. Display professional journeyman level expertise in at least three of the following areas with basic skills in the remaining: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and finish skills, mechanical, general building management, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, and/or energy conservation. Display solid knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks. Safely perform highly complex repairs of the physical property, electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment, air conditioners, refrigeration and pool heaters - ensuring all methods, materials and practices meet company standards and Local and National codes - with little or no supervision. Perform routine inspections of the entire property, noting safety hazards, lack of illumination, down equipment (such as ice makers, fans, extractors, pumps), and take immediate corrective action. Inspect and repair all mechanical equipment including, but not limited to: appliances, HVAC, electrical and plumbing components, diagnose and repair of boilers, pumps and related components. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work. Display thorough knowledge of maintenance contracts and vendors. Display advanced knowledge of engineering computer programs related to preventative maintenance, energy management, and other systems, including devices that interact with such programs. Perform advanced troubleshooting of hotel Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Display the ability to train and mentor other engineers (e.g., Engineers I, II, and III) as necessary and supervise work in progress and act in a supervisory role in the absence of supervisors and/or management. Display ability to perform Engineer on Duty responsibilities, including readings and rounds.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Adhere to quality expectations and standards. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Certificate in two-year technical diploma program for HVAC/refrigeration.
Related Work Experience: Extensive experience and training in general maintenance (advanced repairs), electrical or refrigeration,
exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Develop and implement strategies, policies, and controls to reduce privileged access and streamline the management of privileged entitlements, including hardening PAM policies to ensure robust controls for critical applications supporting a least privilege model. Assess privileged access risks and recommend solutions in partnership with IT, security, and business teams, incorporating Zero Trust framework principles and enforcing least privilege access policies to minimize risk and ensure robust protection of critical assets. Lead integration of PAM tools with IAM platforms and relevant enterprise applications, measuring successful integration milestones and tracking reductions in access-related incidents post-implementation.
In partnership with IT, define and implement Just-in-Time (JIT) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models related to privileged access and entitlements leveraging IAM automation framework. Monitor and report on the reduction of unnecessary entitlements.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical lead for PAM initiatives. Provide expert guidance, training, and support for technical teams and end users regarding privileged access and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and improvement in compliance metrics.
Align PAM architecture and processes with regulatory frameworks (CFIUS, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI). Perform regular access reviews of privileged accounts, permissions, and entitlements across environments. Measure and report on access review completion rates and compliance with Cyber policies and audit requirements.
Monitor, audit, and report on privileged account activities for compliance and anomaly detection. Define and implement proactive and/or automated controls when possible and regularly share metrics on detection rates and remediation times.
Respond to and investigate privileged account security incidents, drive root cause analysis and remediation, and track incident response times and reductions in repeat incidents to demonstrate ongoing improvement.
Develop/enhance, document, and enforce privileged account operational lifecycle policies, standards, and procedures, measuring adherence rates and reporting on policy update frequency to ensure continual alignment with organizational needs.
Stay informed on emerging PAM trends, threats, and technologies; implement improvements accordingly and communicate the impact of these enhancements via quarterly progress reports.
Mentor and lead PAM engineers in project and daily operations, monitoring skill development and project success rates to ensure effective team growth and operational excellence.
Continue to maintain a comprehensive approach to privileged access management by regularly reviewing and updating responsibilities to reflect changes in technology, regulations, and organizational needs, and report annually on these updates and their impact on PAM program effectiveness.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Corvid Technologies seeks qualified candidates for our applied Aerodynamics group. Entry-level applicants should have advanced degrees (MS, Ph.D.) in aerodynamics with a focus in Computational Fluid Dynamics. Experienced applicants must be able to demonstrate a background of applying CFD methods to real-world problems with 2-5 years of experience.
This position supports defense applications for a variety of missile performance programs that include both wind tunnel support and dynamic flight analysis. Corvid uses a variety of computational approaches to solve these problems using internally developed tools and methods.
Responsibilities
Grid generation and development on complex internal/external geometries
Development and execution of CFD solutions and application of the results to systems of interest
Day-to-day informal and formal report generation
Support proposal development on an as-needed basis
Requirements
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
Strong background in fluid dynamics
Strong background in Applied CFD methods
Working knowledge of static and dynamic stability and flight dynamics modeling
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team setting
Outstanding time-management and multi-tasking skills
Knowledge of CAD modeling, TAOS (or other 6-DoF) software, Pointwise software, and GNC experience are considered a plus
Formula SAE and AIAA affiliation are considered a plus
Candidates should be familiar with running and analyzing results from CFD applications, either commercial or research, but familiarity with a specific code is not a requirement. All candidates should be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communications skills as well as basic computer skills.
