The Facilities Engineer plans, designs and oversees the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities. Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility. Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings. Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs. Inspects or directs the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
The position can be filled at a Level 2 or 3.
Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:

Experience with building automation control systems supporting manufacturing operations

**Position Overview:**
The purpose of this position is to develop processes for new product manufacturing, optimize existing processes and products, and support cost reduction initiatives.

The Principal Microelectronic Semiconductor Metals Process Engineer will provide senior fabrication support and technical direction for a wide range of metals processes and tools for semiconductor wafers. The selected candidate will own the responsibility for process technology development and production deployment for multiple metal interconnect processes, including PVD and solder bumps fabricated across multiple equipment systems.
They will collaborate closely with other process owners for back-end post-processing to ensure satisfactory integration of under bump metallization and sphere drop processes into overall product flows for both production parts, as well as new process and product development activities.
