Academic/Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field. Required Skills/Experience 4-6 years in a machining or manufacturing environment, with hands-on involvement in CNC operations, process development, and tooling. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, techniques, and methodologies. Proficient in CAD/CAM software and design tools including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Mastercam. Skilled in manufacturing simulation, statistical analysis, and ERP/MES systems such as Plex. Experienced in developing technical proposals and presenting findings to stakeholders. Capable of leading new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives. Adept at creating and maintaining project schedules and documentation. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Effective in cross-functional team environments and vendor/customer interactions. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
