* Interface with vendors, customers, and multidisciplinary project teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
* Demonstrated expertise in:
* Bidirectional inverters, DC/DC converter topologies, and magnetics/filter design
* EMI hardening and compliance testing for defense applications
* High-speed switching and motor control (4-quadrant)
* Familiarity with AC-DC regulation principles and practical circuit implementation.
* Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen or Permanent Resident) authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with weight- and efficiency-critical designs (e.g., aerospace, defense, UAVs).
* Background in hybrid power systems, gensets, and MIL-STD compliant systems (e.g., AMMPS).
* Knowledge of CANBUS/MODBUS communication protocols.
* Hands-on experience with PCB layout and design tools such as EAGLE or Altium.
* Firmware development experience (C/C++ preferred).
* Project management skills with experience coordinating across teams and with external stakeholders.
