Qualifications B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience). 4+ years in applications, systems, or product engineering for electro-mechanical or display/HMI products. Working knowledge of DFM/DFA, GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and basic EE principles (signal integrity, grounding, EMI). Experience with CAD (SolidWorks or similar), requirements management, and basic circuit/optics familiarity. Proven customer-facing communication and program support skills. Preferred Experience with touch sensors, displays, backlights, optical bonding, coatings, and human-factors/usability. Familiarity with medical/industrial standards (e.g., IEC 60601, IPC/WHMA-A-620, ISO 13485/9001).
