Job Summary:
We are looking for customer driven individuals that have broad product knowledge to answer questions and supply guests with accurate product information and help customers make decisions and find resolutions to their needs within the retail shop. The retail sales associate will oversee the daily operations of a small shop/outlet and/or carry out the receiving of merchandise for a retail shop/outlet.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Protect company assets
Know and enforce safety program consistent with company guidelines
Be familiar with and knowledgeable of company policies and procedures
Coordinate and oversee all daily operations of the assigned shop or department
Perform duties of a receiving clerk:
check received merchandise against orders
process receiving invoices to accounting office
confer regularly with accounting to resolve problems or explain special circumstances
contact suppliers regarding incorrect or incomplete shipments
maintain files of all vendors
process transfers of merchandise to other retail outlets
Perform other special tasks, such as:
entering new orders into computer system
running tickets for all merchandise
organizing tickets by vendor
overseeing the ticketing of merchandise
performing other computer data entry work related to inventory transfers, etc.
Perform cashier duties:
operate point of sale system
process credit card payments
process merchandise returns
Assist customers:
locate products
answer a variety of questions about products
place special orders
determine if merchandise may be returned
handle problems or complaints, referring to supervisor or other senior staff member if appropriate
Check in and ticket merchandise
Stock/restock sale areas with merchandise
Reorder stock, or maintain records of items needed to be ordered
Clean and organize shop
Perform stock inventories
Inform supervisor of items that are popular/unpopular
Make up window and other special merchandise displays
Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times Follow the Resort Etiquette Guidelines while interacting with the guest and respond to all guests in a courteous, efficient manner
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Basic education (high school)
One to three years of relevant sales experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired
Must be at least 16 years of age
Must be able to stand for at least 7 hours
Must be able to push/pull at least 40 pounds
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Good, basic reading, writing and math skills
Familiarity with the specific type of merchandise sold in the shop desirable
Retail sales experience
Previous experience with soft goods or hard goods a plus, but not required
Must be guest service oriented
Ability to deal effectively and courteously with customers and other company personnel

Job Summary:
Become a member of the largest lift operations team in the East and work where you play! Ticket checkers are on-snow ticket specialists who spend their day outside on the mountain and ensure that every skier or snowboarder has a valid day ticket or season pass before boarding a lift. On busy days, ticket checkers are also responsible for grouping people together to keep lift lines moving efficiently.
This position involves working outside in all weather conditions, including extreme cold, snow, wind, and rain, on varied snow surfaces, and requires standing for the majority of the scheduled shift.

**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Maintaining resort facilities from a cleanliness standpoint, working within a team or independently.
+ Interior cleaning of ski lodges and office spaces.
+ Daily upkeep of associated facilities, tools & equipment.
+ Daily inspections of facilities.
+ Proactively communicate maintenance needs to ensure timely ordering of parts and equipment

The Competition Center is seeking motivated and passionate coaches to join our staff. The Competition Center offers programs across the disciplines of Alpine, Freestyle and Snowboard, and through these programs, we look to provide opportunities for all our athletes to excel and enjoy their chosen sport. Ability to ski/ride and work safely in all snow surface/terrain conditions in harsh winter weather for prolonged periods of time.
Proven ability to positively inspire athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Will prepare and maintain snow surfaces that are safe and functional for skiers and snowboarders during all snow and weather conditions. An operator will also fulfill the hauling, dozing, and grooming needs of other mountain departments in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Ability to perform advanced skills such as operating, dozing and grading in confined areas or on steep

* Operate snow/slope grooming equipment, such as a snowcat, to maintain the appearance and quality of resort snow trails and ski slopes to the highest level possible
* Maintain a general knowledge of the mountain and adhere to safety regulations
* Perform basic routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime
* Communicate advanced mechanical problems or maintenance needs with shop mechanics
* Communicate effectively with coworkers and other departments to provide direction, support, and maintain good working relationships
