About the team
The Risk Operations Technology Enablement team sits within the Risk Operations org and is responsible for partnering across Risk teams to shape the technical infrastructure that enables us to scale our Risk operations and achieve our dual goals of preventing bad actors from exploiting Stripe's systems and delivering an exceptional user experience for legitimate users. More specifically, our team partners with Risk product and engineering teams to identify, scope, prioritize, pilot, and roll out technical infrastructure and tooling improvements to protect Stripe and serve our users. From the application of AI to our reviews, to agent diagnostic and resolution tools, to review and support case routing, to our user-facing risk support surfaces, our team's mandate is expansive and a major lever in both protecting Stripe and its users from risk as well as improving the user experience.
What you'll do
You'll lead a group of high-performing program managers in leading tech-first Risk Ops initiatives, cultivating strong partnerships and processes with our Risk engineering and product partners, codeveloping the high-level strategy for our technical infrastructure rooted in a deep understanding of our risk operations tech stack, and owning Risk Ops-centric technical processes (e.g., tooling stack rank).

8+ years of experience in technical program management
5+ years of experience managing teams of program managers

Our Business Practices Program Managers are focused on solving GTM's deal lifecycle challenges to create scalable and efficient deal policies and processes in support of commercial activities. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguous global-scale programs, with multi-layered stakeholder management and significant cross-functional team engagement. The ideal candidate will: (1) has deal policy and process background working at a hypergrowth technology/GTM org, (2) has superior communication skills to work across senior stakeholders across different functions, and (3) thrives when solving complex problems with limited oversight & incomplete data.

Our team is responsible for customers internal security monitoring, threat hunting, and incident response. As a MDR Manager, we will rely on you to manage a team of experts who detect and respond to cyber incidents facing customers' internal business.
As a manager, you will join a team of leaders who overlook the Unit 42 MDR team to ensure premium delivery to our customers. You will have a critical role in how the team works, including creation of new processes, methodologies, and capabilities the team requires.

The team you'll lead helps protect customers by identifying the most sophisticated & stealthy attacks in their environment. The team does so by leveraging the Cortex product suite as well as unique tools, methodologies, and techniques.
Cortex provides enterprise-scale detection and response that runs on integrated endpoint, network and cloud data - reduce the noise and focus on real threats. This team works closely with different product groups and helps improve each and every product by providing first-hand insights into how the product is used and how it can perform even better.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $158,000 - $254,000/YR. Reporting to the
Creative Director for Learning & News
, you will act as a strategic organizer between design and production teams along with cross-functional partners across LinkedIn. The Design Program Manager is key to orchestrating the workflows and aligning stakeholders needed to realize creative and editorial visions at scale. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in design operations, program management, and cross-functional collaboration while understanding the unique nuances of working within creative and editorial contexts.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Program Stewardship
: Serve as the connective tissue between the Content Development Design team and the larger LinkedIn Production team, ensuring the smooth integration of creative design solutions into LinkedIn Learning courses, LinkedIn News content, and other editorial initiatives.
Operational Efficiency
: Assess, design, and implement workflow improvements to streamline creative operations, from ideation to execution for diverse story and campaign projects. Collaborate on tools and processes to amplify efficiency (e.g., resource tracking, task allocation, quality control in design handoffs).
Cross-Functional Coordination
: Build strong relationships with design managers, designers, editorial stakeholders, and adjacent teams, including Growth, Premium, and AI teams. Represent design and editorial operations in multi-disciplinary discussions to align on strategic priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth execution.
Program Planning & Management
: Lead program planning efforts, including timelines, capacity plans, and staffing coordination. Collaborate on quarterly priorities and integrate design projects into the broader content team's strategic roadmap.
Risk and Issue Management
: Manage risks and drive resolution of issues that may impact the quality or timeliness of projects and deliverables. Proactively address workflow or resource challenges and escalate as appropriate.
Process Champion
: Set clear expectations for scales of work, project timelines, and deliverables. Drive repeatable operational best practices and introduce new ideas to improve team morale and collaboration.
Documentation and Tooling
: Build and maintain team documentation, design tools, and centralized resources. Share progress, dependencies, and decisions with cross-functional stakeholders through structured, concise, and transparent communications.
AI Fluency
: Act as a champion for fostering AI fluency within the Content Development Design team. Partner with designers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and implement AI-driven tools and processes that enhance creative workflows and storytelling.
Team Development and Onboarding
: Partner with leadership to establish onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring that team members are supported as they transition into the team and are equipped to succeed.
Qualifications
Basic Qualification:
5+ years of experience in design operations, program management, or creative operations.
5+ years of experience in project management and using project management tools.
Preferred Qualification:
Familiarity with implementing operational workflows for cross-functional creative teams.
Understanding of creative tools (e.g., Figma, Frame.io, Creative Cloud) and production processes.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with complex dependencies.
Proven ability to work with creative teams, designers, and broader cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate goals, timelines, and project updates to diverse audiences.
Experience with advocating for process improvements, encouraging experimentation, and fostering collaborative team environments.
A nuanced approach to balancing creativity, process, and business objectives.
Experience with global teams, ensuring consistency across diverse cultural and market contexts.

The pay range for this role is $93,000 to $153,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
