Like all Feldco employees, the intern is accountable to the customer and to ensuring exceptional customer delight, as well as to the metrics that measure departmental performance. The intern is expected to make thoughtful decisions that benefit the customer, the company, the team, and the department. This is a hands-on role that may involve direct customer interaction, phone support, and clerical and administrative work. The intern will actively participate in weekly and daily team meetings as appropriate. Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Intern: Assist with Finance department operations including originations, funding, and customer support. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues with financed contracts in the pipeline. Deliver excellent customer delight both internally and externally. Identify and implement opportunities to improve business processes. Perform daily and monthly funding reconciliations and report activity to the manager. Perform monthly analysis. Work with team members to learn about the permitting process in home improvement projects, obtain necessary permits, and manage related spreadsheets. Develop camaraderie, rapport, and relationships with my Feldco team and organization. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Complete assessments (including the development of goals and treatment plans) and community service referrals under the direct supervision of the Wellness Clinical Manager. • Manage caseload by providing individual therapy, family support, and collateral/case management services in accordance with the client's authorization of services, under the direct supervision of the Wellness Clinical Manager. • Provide client crisis response and interventions within the Wellness Center. • Work collaboratively with the Wellness Advocate for referrals to appropriate community supports.
