    Responsible for completing full and individual evaluations of students, including psychological evaluations, autism evaluations and evaluations of ADD/ADHD to recommend disability conditions and the needs for special education services to the ARD Committee. Provides written reports and interprets test results for student, parents and school staff. Provides consultation to school staff regarding preventions and/or intervention strategies for students with behavioral problems that impact school performance. Attends initial and reevaluation ARD committee meetings and assists in the development of the student's IEP and BIP. Consults with staff on manifestation review determination (MDR) issues. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the supervision of an LSSP Internship Supervisor: * Select and administer assessments and observations to evaluate the intellectual, emotional, and behavioral functioning of referred students. Determine student eligibility for special education services according to federal and state regulations. Develop emotional/behavioral reports and behavior intervention plans. * Complete associated documentation for and/or participate in the Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) Committee meetings to assist with appropriate placement and development of Individual Education Plans (IEP) for students according to district procedures. * Meet with parents to discuss pertinent background information and test results. Conduct individual and/or group counseling sessions as directed by the IEP. * Consult with teachers and relevant staff concerning the educational needs of students, interpretation of assessment data, and implementation of behavior intervention plans in managing the emotional/behavioral needs of students. * Consult with psychologists, psychiatrists, medical doctors, and community agencies concerning intellectual, emotional, and behavioral functioning of students as needed * Provide staff training in assigned schools to enable school personnel to identify and work more effectively with students with emotional, social, and behavioral disabilities. * Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents required, including case records, test results, statistical data, and evaluation protocols. * Comply with policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rule, and local board policy. Comply with all district and local campus routines and regulations. * Maintain a positive and effective relationship with supervisors. * Communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents. * Display tolerance necessary for accepting supervision and feedback regarding job performance. * Maintain regular attendance. * Perform all other duties as assigned. As an intern, you will collaborate with our experienced team on key initiatives in E&P operations, fracturing services, turbine power solutions, and logistics management. You'll gain practical experience, tackle real-world challenges, and contribute to operational improvements. Work alongside industry professionals to develop skills in technical problem-solving, data analysis, and operational efficiency. Contribute to safety protocols, helping maintain high standards of operational safety and environmental responsibility. Gain hands-on experience in logistics management, equipment maintenance, and process optimization in diverse service areas. Develop communication and leadership abilities through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Turbine Power Solutions: “May” contribute to power generation projects, supporting the integration of turbine technology and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Data Technology: “May” collaborate with IT teams to maintain databases, troubleshoot system issues, and assist in implementing technology solutions. Business Development: “May” support project teams in identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions. Assist in the development and execution of initiatives aimed at expanding partnerships and driving growth. Engineering: “May” assist with project designs, technical documentation, and conducting field or lab tests to support ongoing engineering projects. Qualifications POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Junior or Senior in a related engineering or business program (e.g., petroleum, mechanical, civil, electrical, or logistics/supply chain management). GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must have dependable transportation to commute to the worksite consistently, as public transportation may not be available or feasible for the location. Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s). EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL Must be currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior in a relevant engineering or business program, such as petroleum, mechanical, civil, electrical engineering, or logistics/supply chain management. GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale). QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
