For the past 20 years, David has consulted with and run some of the most innovative and dynamic companies in the world and brings a strong track record of rapidly expanding small, medium, and large enterprises.Prior to joining Vivint Solar, David served as Chief Operating Officer at Vivint Smart Home where he was responsible for customer operations, human resources, field service, and supply chain. He has been instrumental in managing the rapid growth at Vivint Smart Home while also improving operations and profitability.Before joining Vivint, Bywater spent 10 years working at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), one of the largest BPO and ITO companies in the world. During his tenure with ACS, he was responsible for the management of several business units, which encapsulated more than 60 different companies. Most recently, Bywater served as an Executive Vice President and Corporate Officer for Xerox and was the Chief Operating Officer of its $1.8 billion State Government Services Business. This division experienced significant growth and transformation under his leadership.Prior to Xerox, David worked as senior manager at Bain & Company where he worked on helping global clients achieve their full economic and operational potential, primarily in the technology, transportation, and data information industries.David currently serves on the board of Youthlinc, a Utah non-profit organization that is dedicated to creating lifetime humanitarians by offering local and international service experiences. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

John Berger has more than 19 years of experience in the power industry. He co-founded Sunnova Energy Corp. in November 2012 and serves as chief executive officer. Prior to Sunnova, he co-founded and served as chief executive officer of SunCap Financial, a leading residential solar power service company. Before SunCap, Berger co-founded Standard Renewable Energy (SRE), a top-10 provider of renewable energy and energy-efficient products and services for residential, commercial and government customers. He also co-founded and served as managing partner for Contango Capital Partners, LP, a venture capital firm focused on renewable energy and energy technology companies. Berger began his career in 1996 as an analyst for Enron Corp. and completed his tenure there as director for Enron Energy Services. Berger graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2003. He served as an advisor to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission during business school.
