What You'll Be Doing
Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through completion
Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment, and material deliveries
Partner closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership teams
Drive progress toward key milestones through proactive planning and execution
Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and compliance with all applicable standards
Serve as the primary on-site leader and point of contact for field operations
Maintain steady workflow through effective coordination of trades and resources
Track project progress and resolve issues before they impact schedule or cost
Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and provide clear direction
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and trade partners
Utilize digital tools and reporting systems to document progress and communicate updates
What We're Looking For
5-10 years (Superintendent) of experience leading commercial, multifamily, corporate interior construction projects
10-20 years' (Lead Multifamily Superintendent) experience working for a general contractor on multifamily projects.
Background in corporate interiors, renovations, tenant improvements, or ground-up multifamily construction
Experience working in the Raleigh / Research Triangle market preferred
Proven ability to manage field teams and multiple subcontractors
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Comfortable using construction technology and project management tools
