The Civil Grading Superintendent is responsible for leading and managing multiple grading and site development crews across civil construction projects. This role emphasizes hands-on supervision, project planning, coordination, and efficient execution of earthwork, grading, and utility installations. The Superintendent ensures all work is performed safely, on schedule, and in line with project specifications. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with project engineers and the General Superintendent to define grading scopes, benchmarks, and overall project goals.
