Inventory & Supply Chain Execution * Monitor inventory levels across multiple programs and fulfillment locations. * Contribute to development of min/max thresholds, reorder points, and planning logic. * Proactively identify supply risks and delays; recommend mitigation steps. * Assist with physical and system-based inventory counts. Cost Savings & Process Improvement * Identify cost savings opportunities through vendor consolidation, alternate sourcing, or improved order cadence. * Help build and refine SOPs for purchasing, vendor onboarding, and exception management. * Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate forecasting and supply continuity. SR. Procurement Analyst PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION The Sr. Procurement Analyst will fill a key role within the Procurement and Supplier Management organization. This position will work cross-functionally and assist in managing the relationships of multiple supply sources, purchasing, delivery, quality, cost performance, and the overall relationship between Asurion and the supply sources. Manages the inventory levels for assigned products through analysis of trends, exceptions, rate of sale, minimum order quantities and minimum presentation quantities. Plans and executes article-site replenishment at stores for all event products. + Executes purchase orders to suppliers based on event order quantities from event files. Serves as key contact for PO expediting and Logistic issues, and assists with ship schedule changes. + Evaluates and plans all basic and seasonal allocations based on demand history, statistical analysis, store activity, event assortment changes and current trends, which facilitate replenishment of product to the stores. Maintains E3 event settings to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained at the DC and store article/site level. Utilizes exception based reporting and analysis to react to articles that are exceeding or falling below anticipated performance levels. + Serves as key contact for store operations on event inventory issues. + Initiates and communicates replenishment recommendations in respect to inventory and trends, to Inventory Management, Buying, and Logistics personnel + Serve as a training resource within the division to help with onboarding and training of new analysts + Initiate and communicate recommendations in respect to inventory and trends on event SKUs, to Inventory Management, Buying Teams, and Supply Chain. + Manage inventory levels for the duration of each event. Ensuring DCs end each event clean with no event special buys in DCs at the end of events. + Provides vendor forecasts/projections for event inventory. **Required Qualifications** Experience: 2 years' experience in forecasting or replenishment preferably in a retail environment. Experience in supply chain, merchandising, field ops or store planning preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, finance, or related field.
