About the Role

Optimize technology and tools (Netsuite, Netstock, WMS) for visibility, forecasting, and reporting.
Track and report on KPIs such as inventory turns, fill rate, on-time delivery, and landed cost performance and manage department performance.
Identify and mitigate risks related to sourcing, transportation, and global supply disruptions.
Partner and collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing and Product Development to support launches, promotions, and expansion.
Qualifications
5-8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, ideally in beauty, CPG, or fashion/lifestyle brands.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification strongly preferred.
Proven track record in procurement, global sourcing, logistics, and inventory planning.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and supply chain platforms (WMS, TMS).

Responsible for On-Time and On-Quality Delivery of Supplier propulsion systems: Create and manage short-term recovery plans.

Responsible for ensuring workable end-to-end industrial planning and regular review of Supplier and its Supply Chains' Configuration Change Notifications, Multi-Sourcing Strategy, and Transfers of Work.
Monitor Tier 1 / Tier 2 suppliers in the region as necessary: Delivery & Quality performance, Capital expenditure and ramp-up action checks, recovery plan and Quality Notification eradication and if applicable completion of shop floor GEMBA.
Support the Industrial Quarterly Review (IQR) process and capacity assessments, proactively participate, anticipate planning / execution risks or opportunities and drive timely action closure.

The Role
You will own the end-to-end responsibility for ensuring the timely availability of materials required to support production and customer demand. We are seeking a Supply ChainAnalyst with hands-on expertise in NetSuite to oversee and optimize all inbound logistics and supply chain activities. This position is responsible for analyzing inbound logistics performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving process improvements across procurement, transportation, and warehousing. The Analyst will work cross-functionally with suppliers, procurement, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods in alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze inbound supply chain performance - track lead times, PO status, shipment status, transit performance, and on-time shipment and delivery metrics.
Maintain KPIs and dashboards for performance, on-time delivery, and inbound logistics costs.
Support special projects focused on supply chain visibility, digital transformation, or sustainability initiatives.
Identify process and system improvement opportunities within NetSuite to optimize inbound workflows, reduce costs, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams (e.g., sourcing, warehouse, production) to ensure efficient flow of materials.
Optimize transportation and freight operations, including carrier selection, routing, and consolidation opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze supply chain data using NetSuite and other tools to forecast demand, identify bottlenecks, and improve operational efficiencies & visibility .
Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management on inbound supply chain trends, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in inbound supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP with experience in procurement, inventory, and order management modules.
Solid understanding of logistics, freight forwarder management, and supplier relationship management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other ERP systems or supply chain software (e.g., Flexport).
Solid understanding of international logistics, incoterms, customs processes, and freight management.
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Certification in supply chain or logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCP).

Pay Range
At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $70,304 and $75,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
