Northrop Grumman is seeking a **Manager, Global Supply Chain 2** to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
**This position will be virtual remote and can be performed anywhere within the continental United States. Teleworking arrangements are subject to change based on the needs of the business.**
The successful candidate will manage a team of professionals on the Compliance Operations & PrOP team in Northrop Grumman's Corporate Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization. This position will be responsible for compliance-related operations, including policies and procedures, compliance with government and internal audits, process improvement, change management of Enterprise GSC Principles and Operating Practices (PrOP), including standard terms and conditions and corporate forms and templates, and leadership of several compliance-related Enterprise working groups. This individual will also provide the management of compliance support to the entire GSC organization, review and approve modifications to procedures, support the workforce development team with compliance-related guidance, support internal GSC communications and external Supplier communications, and interface with Supply Chain Management personnel at all levels to ensure success of GSC Compliance in all Sectors.
Responsibilities include management of a team of Compliance professionals, including performance monitoring, quarterly connections, career development and goal setting, and compensation decisions, to be conducted pursuant to Northrop Grumman's Leadership Characteristics.
Successful candidate must remain up to date in FAR/DFARS regulations, Terms and Conditions, and practices to identify workforce development needs, and must have experience in Global Supply Chain processes and roles. Position requires coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders at all levels including Executive Leadership, such as the Enterprise GSC Compliance Leadership Council (CLC).
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
+ In-depth understanding of Supply Chain Procurement / Subcontract process.
+ Significant understanding of US Government and Commercial subcontracting.
+ Experienced in SharePoint, Microsoft Word tools.
+ Experienced with internal Procurement / Subcontract package audits.
+ Experience working with a company's supply chain policies and procedures and/or terms and conditions.
+ Familiarity with US Government Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) audits.
+ Experience in developing and delivering training to ensure compliance.
+ Experience working collaboratively leading cross-functional teams.

Primary Level Salary Range: $121,000.00 - $181,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Leverage directly applicable experience in all phases of aerospace/aircraft component and sub-system goods and services procurement; to include but not limited to pre-sourcing, sourcing, supplier qualification, purchase request development, pre-award negotiations, purchase order generation and issuance, sub-contract development and issuance, supplier performance monitoring to commitments, actively monitor on-quality and on-time delivery supplier performance, approved supplier list (ASL) maintenance, and drive favorable purchase price variances (PPV).
Achieve/sustain demonstrable FAR/DFARS procurement compliance
Closely coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing on all procurement needs. Proactively engage with internal customers early in the procurement process so as to drive producible and profitable procurements.

Required Education and Experience:
BS/BA degree in a relevant field of study

First-hand experience with the entire procurement process; from pre-source to on-dock delivery

This individual will be responsible and accountable for the planning and execution of the supply chain strategy for all material and services content for a Program or portfolio of Programs. Job Description
About Electra:
Electra.aero is seeking an enthusiastic college student to contribute and gain experience to our Supply Chain Manufacturing team during the Fall 2025 and/or Spring 2026 semester terms onsite in Manassas, VA daily.
This team is responsible for the Sourcing, Total Cost, On time Delivery, and Quality from our suppliers. The ideal candidate will be working towards a Supply Chain Degree. The position is based in Northern Virginia and candidates should be located within commuting distance of Manassas, VA or willing to relocate for the duration of the internship. The intern will be an integral member of the Supply Chain Manufacturing team and will provide impactful value added projects.
Potential Responsibilities & Essential Functions
Develop detailed Standard Operating Procedures and Metrics
Develop and implement tools that gain productivity
Assist with staff with training and development initiatives
Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Build and implement strategy around Indirect Sourcing
Build and implement Supplier qualification and Supplier Selections process
Build and implement other productivity tools like Supplier Portal, e-auctions, or raw material market analysis template
Requirements
A strong work ethic and ability to operate independently.
Must have been accepted into Supply Chain Major and completed minimum two core major courses
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
Technical aptitude and ability to navigate MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Compensation:
Starting at $20 per hour

Working Conditions
Work is typically performed in a warehouse/aviation and office environment, which requires proper safety precautions. Work may require some physical effort in handling light materials, boxes, power tools, prototypes, and different materials or equipment. Due to the nature of our business and projects, some fieldwork may be required, working in both indoor and outdoor conditions. You may need to lift up to 50 lbs.
