Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, the Application SystemsAnalyst analyzes, designs, tests, implements, and runs information systems supporting College requirements and initiatives. The incumbent assesses the suitability of information systems in line with their intended outcomes and serves as a liaison between end-users, vendors, and programmers to achieve results. The Incumbents may do some programming in support of integrations or job control but are distinguished from programmers by the scope of the programming projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing functional user reports and a proven track record of working with the Ellucian Banner ERP system, or another Higher Education ERP. Responsibilities

Administrative Considerations:
The scope of assignments may evolve, either scaling down or expanding, as projes progress through different phases.

The engagement will be for a term of up to 12 months. All work will be performed in eight (8) hour shifts, Monday to Friday, excluding State holidays.
Consultant must be available and working during core state working hours, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.
Some liberty may be given to flex daily hours up or down based on business need, not to exceed a total of 40 hours per week.
Payment will be on a time and material basis and paid only for aual hours worked.
The contraor must provide their own laptop, webcam, and high-speed internet (if working remotely) to perform their duties.
Consultant must be on camera during virtual meetings. All software licenses and access will be provisioned by the State of Conneicut.

The Connectivity System Engineer will be expected to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - assuring all structured cabling design requirements are met in design execution.
