We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Specialist to support, enhance and optimize our global ERP environment. This role is 100% on site and based out of Northeastern Connecticut or Stow, Ohio.
The ERP Systems Specialist will play a pivotal role in implementing Epicor Kinetic at SPIROL, therefore Epicor Kinetic experience is required. This position acts as a key liaison between business process owners, IT, and external partners to ensure that our ERP systems effectively support business objectives, drive efficiency and enable data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities include:
Administer, configure, and maintain the Company's ERP system to ensure performance, stability, and data integrity.
Partner with global business units to analyze requirements and translate them into functional and technical ERP solutions.
Support ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements.
Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.
Develop and maintain ERP-related documentation, workflows, and training materials.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions across the ERP platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Sales, etc.) to improve process efficiency and automation.
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for ERP development and support as needed.
Support data migration, reporting, and analytics initiatives tied to ERP functionality.
The successful candidate should have:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting or administering Epicor Kinetic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and/or financial business processes.
Experience with SQL, data management, or integration tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, global setting.
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.

We are seeking an experienced Optical Systems Engineer to join our Electro-Optics and Electronics Division of the Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) at Penn State. This position will support our imaging and other electro-optical system development programs. ARL/Penn State's mission is to develop innovative solutions to challenging national problems in support of Navy, Department of Defense (DoD), and Intelligence Community research, engineering and technology needs. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team of scientists and engineers performing a wide range of applied research and development projects involving sensors, lasers, and electro-optical technology.

Be responsible for novel and complex optical designs from concept through deployment.
Design and tolerance optical lens systems to meet performance requirements.

Position Description: Client Support Engineer
The Field Service Support Engineer will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to customers, efficiently troubleshooting and resolving issues. If a resolution cannot be found, the specialist will collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective solutions. All incidents and their resolutions will be meticulously documented. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of LayerZero products and services, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
Requirements
Primary Duties:
The position will mostly interface with the Customer on issues that require in-depth product knowledge.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to LayerZero products or services.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
Provide step-by-step guidance to customers directly for resolving technical issues.
Analyze, replicate, and resolve issues to ensure a timely resolution for customers.
Log, track, and document support requests and resolutions.
Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of LayerZero's products and services.
Stay updated on product releases, updates, and new features to provide accurate information to customers.
Direct customer communication is expected.
Effectively communicate technical information to less-technical customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure that issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Work closely with engineering teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback on recurring issues or improvement ideas.
Monitor common customer issues and provide feedback to help improve the products.
Experience & Skills:
Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Proven experience in technical support
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with documentation tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering is preferred but not required

All Lines Technology is seeking an MSP Network Administrator to provide direct networking support for our MSP customers, and to be the direct escalation point within the MSP business unit for all networking specific issues. Additionally, this role may be tasked with designing and implementing networking specific solutions to our MSP clients.

What is a Service Engineer?
The Service Engineering Development Program is responsible for providing engineering and product support to various internal and external customers. This position will allow you to apply your technical knowledge and expertise to solve our customer's problems - hands-on.
Service engineers will participate in a comprehensive 6-month training program based at our World Headquarters in North Canton, Ohio. Our training program is one of the most respected in the industry and prepares you for future success. Through classroom and on-the-job training, you will become the expert in the technical skills required to solve customer problems.
Upon completion of the training program, you will be placed into one of our regional offices or territories within the United States. You will work jointly with The Timken Company teams such as sales, quality, manufacturing, and engineering to recognize customer needs and solve challenges. You will be a trusted advisor for customers by identifying and understanding problems, providing solutions, promoting The Timken Company products, and conducting hands-on trainings as needed.
Educational Requirements/Qualifications:
* College graduate (December 2025 - May 2026).
* Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering degree.

* Ability to relocate.
