Work on a mission-driven product that supports caregivers and improves lives.
Join a product-focused, growth-stage company with real impact and momentum.
100% remote and a results-oriented culture.
Modern stack, strong engineering values, and lots of opportunity for career growth.
What you'll do:
Architect and manage AWS infrastructure that supports a high-availability PHP/JavaScript application stack using Terraform to define and provision resources.
Own and improve the CI/CD pipeline built with GitHub Actions and CodePipeline to support reliable deployments with fast feedback to the devs.
Lead initiatives to scale and tune our MySQL-based data layer, including replication, backups, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Ensure our environments meet security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2) and participate in security reviews, incident response planning, and disaster recovery readiness.
Design network architecture and IAM policies to minimize risk and follow best practices.
Define and refine lightweight, high-leverage processes-automating where it counts, documenting the important stuff, and avoiding ceremony that doesn't add value.
Expand system observability via metrics, logging, and alerting across our stack.
Advocate for DevOps best practices across engineering.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering role.
Experience scaling high-traffic, high-availability SaaS applications.
Deep hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, VPC, S3, IAM, etc.).
Expertise with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration in production.
Experience building and managing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
Solid knowledge of GitHub Actions and modern CI/CD practices.
Strong understanding of cloud networking, firewalls, IAM, and data encryption.
Demonstrated experience with MySQL tuning, replication, scaling, and failover strategies.
Familiarity with automated security scanning and compliance tooling.
Experience designing zero-downtime deployments and disaster recovery plans.
You're able to work remotely and live in the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones in the US.
You must be qualified to work in the United States or Canada.
Nice to Have:
Background with PHP and JavaScript dev environments.
Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance considerations in healthcare, finance, or another highly regulated industry.
Experience aligning infrastructure with standards like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
Working Conditions:
Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
Utilization of phone, other software needed/required and email to perform job functions.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Opportunities for professional growth and career development.
Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options.

401(k) plan with company matching.
Company will provide laptop and other needed computer equipment.
