Your key responsibilities
Work independently, recognize and identify problem areas and items that need to be addressed or escalated to ensure tax returns, tax research, tax accounting and tax projects are timely, efficiently, and accurately completed. Tax Projects including but not limited to implementation of new tax laws, moderately complex analysis of tax methods of accounting as well as tax processes or calculations for compliance purposes. Responsible for identifying moderately complex tax related issues and providing recommended solutions via research and/or position development, and documentation. Lead the preparation and review of moderately complex tax/accounting regulatory and tax compliance with limited supervision. Perform and document research and analysis on related accounting and tax issues. Guide team members and be a role model on moderately complex tax projects. Keep knowledge up to date of new tax and accounting developments as well as of EY standard technologies and processes related to job function.
Responsibilities include
Prepare or detail review complex financial closings, tax compliance filings and other tax related processes or tasks
Compile and/or evaluate moderately complex data, computations, documentation and various tax and accounting technologies
Responsible for Service Quality across identified aspects of delivery. Understand opportunity risk in relation to our Scope of Services
Develop, document, and gain cross functional alignment on processes to support processes and internal teams
Demonstrate deep technical excellence in specific offerings and broaden technical skills across capabilities.
Maintain internal network by providing technical assistance to others within EY in area of expertise
Provide effective oversight, feedback, and coaching to junior team members
Mentor/coach team members to develop technical and leadership capabilities
Skills and attributes for success
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of accounting and finance principles, practices, and procedures to complete moderately complex assignments
Proficient using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Power Point

To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics
4 - 6 years of increasingly diverse or moderately complex experience in related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Some supervision skills will be required
Strong oral and written communication as well as presentation skills
Experience with financial and tax applications such as GoSystems, CorpTax, Onesource, as required by area of specialism

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $75,200 to $124,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $90,200 to $141,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

SEA 21, NAVSEA's Director of Surface Ship Maintenance, Modernization, and Sustainment is seeking professional support services (PSS) to support the Government's existing organization, personnel, knowledge, and processes.
SEA 21 integrates sustainment and maintenance strategies, modernization plans, training needs, and technical, logistics, and programmatic efforts to best manage the lifecycle of U.S. and partner Navy surface ships and systems from fleet introduction through transfer or disposal.
SEA 21 is the dedicated life cycle management organization for the Navy's in-service surface ships and is responsible for managing
critical modernization, maintenance, training, and inactivation programs.
SEA 21 provides wholeness to the fleet by serving as the primary technical interface, ensuring surface ships are modernized with the latest technologies and remain mission relevant throughout each ship's service life. The organization also maintains inactive ships for future disposal, donation, or transfer, to include follow-on technical support to our partner navies.
The salary for this position is $74,500-$77,300.
Duties include
Collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government.
Define the nature and extent of problems.
Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, cost performance, schedule or expenditures.
Interview managers and employees while observing their operations.
Develop solutions to problems.
In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
Prepare and solve mathematical models.
Report findings and recommendations to the Government.
Reports are usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common.
For some projects, management analysts are retained to help implement the suggestions they have made.

Key Responsibilities
Loftware Platform Configuration & Administration
Configure label templates, data sources, automation workflows, role-based security, audit trails, environments (DEV/QA/PROD), and version control.
Set up printer definitions, drivers, queues, and profiles for thermal/laser/RFID printers; manage printer fleet performance and availability.
Label Template Design & Data Mapping
Build/maintain operational labels (receiving, storage, pick/pack, shipping, returns, QA sampling, kitting, rework, calibration).
Implement GS1/ISO-compliant symbologies (e.g., 2D DataMatrix, QR, Code 128) including human-readable content, quiet zones, and print quality checks.
Map data from SAP EWM/WMS, WES, MES/LIMS and middleware (JSON/XML) with robust validation, fallback rules, and exception handling.
Integration & Event-Driven Print Automation
Design, implement, and support integrations between Loftware and source systems via REST APIs, web services, middleware (e.g., PI/PO, MuleSoft).
Orchestrate event-driven printing tied to warehouse execution triggers (GR, putaway, wave pick, pack, ship, returns, cycle counts).
Validation, Compliance & Release Management
Lead CSV activities for Loftware changes and integrations (risk assessments, requirements traceability, test planning/execution, release notes).
Enforce SDLC, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and ALCOA+ data integrity; maintain audit-ready configurations and artifacts.
Manage controlled change: baselines, approvals, environment promotion, rollback strategies, and training updates.
OperationalSupport & Incident Management
Triage misprints, data mismatches, printer failures; perform root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor and report KPIs (label accuracy, print latency, MTTR, reprint rate, template defects); drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Warehouse Operations, Quality/Serialization, Supply Chain IT, and Global Labeling to translate business rules into labeling logic.
Coordinate with global/local teams on standardization, template governance, and deployment schedules.
Documentation (as part of ops)
Maintain configuration records, environment run books, SOP/work instructions for labeling operations, and user access/role matrices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
3-5 years hands-on with Loftware Spectrum/NiceLabel or similar enterprise labeling platforms in a regulated manufacturing/distribution setting.
Strong grasp of warehouse process flows (SAP EWM/WMS, WES) and event-driven printing; experience with MES/LIMS touchpoints.
Proven capability with GxP, SDLC, Part 11/Annex 11, and data integrity in labeling systems and electronic records.
Skilled in barcode standards (GS1), serialization/aggregation concepts, and print quality/legibility requirements.
Comfortable owning platform configuration, integrations, and printer fleets in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills; can translate operational rules into robust, testable label logic.
Background in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain IT, Computer Science/Information Systems preferred.

Our client is looking to hire an Epic Grand Central analyst for a full time (Perm Position) opportunity located in Fort Lauderdale/Miami area. This role is Hybrid/mainly remote, but would require you to go on site periodically.
Epic Grand Central Analyst Requirements:
Epic
Certified in Grand Central
Supporting and optimizing the Epic Grand Central (ADT/Patient Flow) module (admissions, discharges, transfers, bed management).
Configuring, building, testing, and validating system workflows according to business requirements.
Troubleshooting and resolving Tier 1-3 issues (break/fix support).
Documenting builds, workflows, test plans, and training materials.
Partnering with clinical and operational staff to translate needs into system solutions.
Participating in upgrades, optimization projects, and go-live/downtime activities
Daily Activities:
Configure and maintain Epic Grand Central build including ADT event rules, bed/unit/room records, patient movement logic, and tracking/status boards
Troubleshoot Tier 2-3 ADT issues related to admissions, discharges, transfers, census accuracy, and patient location discrepancies
Design, test, and validate integrated workflows with Prelude, Cadence, and inpatient clinical applications
Analyze operational workflows and translate business requirements into system configuration and enhancements
Develop and execute unit, integrated, and regression testing for fixes, optimizations, and Epic upgrades
Support go-lives, unit activations, and optimization initiatives, including on-call and after-hours support as needed
Maintain detailed build documentation, change logs, and downtime procedures
Collaborate with IT, nursing operations, bed management, and patient access teams to ensure accurate, real-time patient flow across the enterprise

Salary: 100,000 - 113,000/yr base + Benefits + yearly merit increase
