SRGI is seeking a qualified candidate for a Technical Support And Training Specialist position at our headquarters in Raynham, MA.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide post-sales HVAC/hydronic technical support to customers, dealers, SRGI personnel, and contractors via phone and email.
· Conduct technical training sessions for dealers and distributors.
· Perform duties independently, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
· Stay current with emerging HVAC/hydronic technologies, equipment, and accessories by attending manufacturer-provided training.
· Occasionally conduct on-site job visits as needed to support troubleshooting and ensure proper system operation.
· Utilize CRM software to log all tech support calls and job site visits
· Maintenance of SRGI training facility equipment
· Manage class attendance records in accordance with SRGI and manufacturer requirements
· Creation, editing, and delivery of technical presentations.
· Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
· Identify opportunities to drive supplemental sales through technical support interactions.
· Proactively create supporting documents for common technical support items, best practices, and any other procedures.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in the HVAC, heating or mechanical industry.
· Ability to work out of SRGI's Raynham, MA offices.
· Extensive experience with either residential/commercial HVAC or hydronic heating systems is required.
· Comprehensive understanding of HVAC and or hydronic heating systems, including installation, diagnostics, service, and best practices.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
· Capable in using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to travel locally or regionally for job site visits and training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience delivering technical training or presentations
· HVAC certifications (e.g., NATE, EPA 608)
· Experience with HVAC Heat Pump and Mini Split systems
· Plumbing or gas license (journeyman or master)

Your Mission
The MRI Imaging Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting a remote MRI Technologist by providing direct patient monitoring, assistance with the setup and maintenance of equipment, and ensuring patient safety within the MRI environment. The MRI Imaging Support Specialist will be physically present during scans providing constant oversight, while the remote MRI tech performs the imaging process. Your Role
Patient Monitoring:
Directly monitor patients at all times during MRI procedures in Zones 3 and 4.
Ensure constant communication with both the patient and the remote MRI Technologist during the scanning process.
Provide immediate response to changes in the patient's medical status or discomfort.
Patient Assistance & Safety:
Assist with the positioning of patients within the MRI room, ensuring proper alignment and comfort while adhering to safety standards.
Ensure insulation is in place to prevent any risk of bore contact, internal circuit issues, or burns.

Communication & Coordination:

Ongoing Learning & Support:
Stay informed about new guidelines, equipment, and MRI procedures as related to patient safety and the MRI environment.
Collaborate with MRI teams and provide feedback on potential improvements or alternative approaches for MRI procedures in Zone 3 and 4.
What You Bring to the Team
Prior experience in a Medical Imaging MRI-related field preferred
CPR certification required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Ability to remain calm and respond quickly in emergency situations.
Understanding of MRI equipment and protocols.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Additional certifications in radiologic technology, MRI technology, or healthcare assistance are a plus.

Must be proficient in operating fit and flow test equipment and be able to accurately diagnose repair and make adjustments required to maintain equipment to in service status.

Primary Purpose
This full time grant funded position is located at the Paul V. Sherlock Center on Disabilities. The position scope involves leading projects and contracts within the Sherlock Center's adult program area related to the implementation of Conflict Free Case Management. The TA Specialist will provide knowledge, training and coaching to conflict free case managers serving individuals who receive supports through BHDDH and LTSS. They will work on grants and contracts that focus on the needs of people with IDD including co-occurring physical, mental, or age-related needs. This individual will work with teams of professionals that lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of various promised deliverables, demonstration, and research efforts.
Training and technicalassistance will primarily focus on developing the capacity of Conflict-Free Case Managers (CFCMs), and CFCM supervisors within Rhode Island to successfully implement person-centered and conflict-free practices that improve the life outcomes of adults with IDD. Emphasis will be placed on strengthening case managers' ability to facilitate service planning that is independent, unbiased, and free from conflicts of interest, while also improving community connections and evolving approaches that are available, accessible, equitable, and inclusive for people with IDD and their families from diverse racial, ethnic, linguistic, and cultural backgrounds.
The individual will work with Sherlock Center partners to design and implement evidence-based practices, tools, and coaching strategies that enhance the effectiveness of CFCMs and disability professionals. The ability to integrate emerging and evidence based strategies in addressing community living, service coordination, and employment will be a key component of this position. Contributions to grant writing, reporting, and dissemination of promising practices are also expected.

The cardiac cath lab physician assistant is a licensed provider who will be responsible for all aspects of pre, intra, and post procedure care of interventional cardiology patients. This includes, but is not limited to, pre-procedure assessment, informed consent, sedation assessment, assisting with procedures, post-procedure management, and discharge education. The PA will first assist in all types of procedures performed in the cardiac cath lab and will be comfortable with equipment required for the procedures. The PA will act as the responding clinician for patients on the PA Cath Service with responsibilities including admission H&P, daily rounds, progress notes, and discharge summaries. The PA must have knowledge of the most common diagnoses admitted to the Interventional Cardiology service, demonstrate competency to effectively diagnose, formulate an appropriate treatment plan, and implement the plan in conjunction with the attending physician. The physician assistant will be responsible for completing and maintaining procedural sedation training annually and completing fluoroscopic training and certification within 18 months of hire. While the PA can expect a relatively predictable work schedule, schedule variations may occur to cover clinical needs as they become apparent to the department. The position will include weekend and holiday coverage planned in advance. PA may be asked to take call, pick up additional shifts, work variable hours, and/or provide backup coverage as needed.
