The Role We're seeking an analytical and ambitious Business Analyst Intern to join our Business Applications Department. This is a Hybrid role, requiring office presence in San Jose, CA, and reporting to the Director, CRM & PRM Applications. The Business Analyst Intern will support strategic decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and translating complex data into actionable business requirements and insights. This role directly contributes to process optimization and the successful execution of key departmental projects, ensuring alignment between technology and business goals. What you'll do (Role Expectations) Business Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders from GTM Sales, Marketing, Partner teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Zscaler Selling motions. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring alignment. Process Design: Support the process design, requirements elicitation and gathering of business systems in the area of sales, partners and marketing. Build process flows and documentation for identifying these processes. Collaboration: Engage with business partners to discuss business requirements, determine feasibility, business value and a cost effective and scalable solution.
