We are seeking cleared a Senior Technical Advisor to work onsite at the Pentagon in Washington DC.
This role provides advisory technical support to a senior intelligence executive in the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. Must be well versed in all aspects of the intelligence disciplines and an understanding of their domains (SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT, etc.) as well as their roles in the intelligence cycle. Understand the staffing processes and offices in military headquarters, specifically within the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Work within the policy framework of the intelligence community understanding the roles. Understand the defense planning, programming and budgeting processes as they relate to the intelligence community. Comprehend the intelligence community's role relating to defense acquisition. Be able to assist the senior executive as it relates to daily interactions and prepare the executive with technically detailed support to assist in decision-making. Work within a staff comprising Joint Hard Targets, Foreign Materiel Acquisition, and Global Access Integration and assist the senior in engagement on their behalf with a strong understanding of their issues and policy positions. Coordinate staffing processes working with mid-level staff and action officers as well as senior leadership.
Essential Functions:
Advise and support the senior executive in the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security in the Pentagon, Director for Joint Hard Targets Strategies, Global Access and Integration, and Foreign Materiel Acquisition with intelligence technical guidance.
Work with the director's staff and coordinate their actions on behalf of the director
Prepare the director for meetings and consultations with other offices and executives across the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense.
Schedule high-level meetings and provide background to prepare the executive for successful engagement.
Assist in advising for executive level budget discussions for the Military Intelligence Program (MIP) planning and programming.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 12 years of related experience.
NOTE: 4 years of relevant work experience can be substituted for the degree.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to undergo a CI poly
US Citizenship is required

Salary Range: $155,500.00 - $233,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Intern Position Summary
The Learning Technology & Accessibility Intern will work with the Technical Learning & Development (L&D) team to advance accessibility and Section 508 compliance across learning content and organizational workflows in support of the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) and State Examination System (SES). This internship focuses on ensuring adherence to WCAG 2.1 AA standards and promoting inclusive learning experiences. Essential Functions
Review and enhance existing accessibility checklists, guidelines, and resources developed by the Technical L&D team for 508 compliance.
Research current technologies, tools, and industry best practices for implementing WCAG 2.1 AA standards in learning content.
Develop a list of recommended tools and technologies for use in implementing WCAG 2.1 AA standards when developing learning content in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise for NMLS and SES learning/training materials.
Conduct accessibility audits on key NMLS and SES learning materials and recommend improvements.

The TA will support the implementation of G2G financing mechanisms under the Data.FI project. Intern Position Summary
The IT Infrastructure Operations Intern will work with the Director, Infrastructure Engineering, serving as a technical resource on multiple projects at the CSBS. The candidate will assist the Enterprise Infrastructure team with support tasks such as: end-user support (assisting helpdesk if necessary), Microsoft M365 Office applications and services, end user hardware & software, mobile devices, conference room audio visual solutions, and Amazon Web Services environment. The candidate may also evaluate new technology solutions, perform market research, best practices study, Proof of Concept development, solution comparison matrix analysis, assist with compliance remediation, assist with systems assessments and remediation as well as work with Engineers on solution implementation.
Essential Functions
Assist with M365 environment and end-user support.
Develop and maintain solutions.
Utilize generally accepted best practices for documenting code.
Participate in Requirements Review and technical presentations.
Work effectively with contractors and outsourcers providing technology services to CSBS.
Develop and make presentations to non-technical stakeholders.
Create and run scripts designed to either pull or update data experience with PowerShell
Provide compliance remediation within the Infrastructure Operations environments.
Document processes and procedures.
Update/modify group policies for testing.
Education and Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Cyber Security, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Coursework prerequisites: Windows Server Administration, Fundamentals of Networking, or similar.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and timelines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including data stewards, IT staff, and other stakeholders.
Knowledge of the intersection of information technology and state financial regulation.
Ability to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.
Requirements
