The role is nonexempt and eligible for paid overtime. The annualized salary/hourly rate range for this position in Connecticut is between $65,000 and $75,000. Please note that specific compensation decisions are based upon a variety of job-related factors as permitted by law, including geographic location, credentials, skills, education, training, and experience.
Base salary is just one component of Wilton Re's total compensation package for employees. About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer R&D Intern to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for students interested in scientific research, product development, and gaining real-world laboratory experience. Key Responsibilities
