Job Description
As a ProductManager II, you will own the strategy and execution for data capabilities and CDP integrations that enable relevant, timely, and individualized supporter journeys. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and marketing.

* Define and manage the product roadmap, delivering against enterprise strategies and objectives.
* Map product KPIs to organizational OKRs, prioritizing work that drives the highest customer value.

* Make trade-off decisions to ensure high-value capabilities are prioritized.

Qualifications
* Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field and 6+ years of productmanagement experience

* Strong technical aptitude with experience in digital marketing, CRM/audience management, ecommerce, or related technologies.
* Familiarity with software delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

The Commodity ProductManager sets product lines, selects vendors, monitors performance, and assists in purchasing lumber product lines in support of the location sales goals. Evaluate monthly reports to optimize product line performance and contribution. Maintain division SKU master on assigned product lines. Monitor receipt of rebates and special discounts to ensure vendor compliance. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: College Degree or equivalent work experience in related job function. Working conditions are an office environment with minimal physical exertion.
Preferred Qualifications: Prefer three (3) to five (5) years of experience in related job function. Lumber trader and panel experience preferred. Previous experience in a lumber-related purchasing and/or sales or general line productmanagement in the building materials industry. Candidate must have effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or with teams/groups.
