QUALIFICATIONS:

Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager Position oversees the construction and delivery of multiple construction projects and/or large contract value projects. This position is the primary point of contact with the client. Responsibilities include contract preparation, on-site coordination, quality control, and all aspects of contract management. Communicates directly with subcontractors concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling. Prepares project status reports to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications. Essential Functions

· Ensures project operations are in compliance with design specifications per company document control procedures.

· Reviews and approves invoices, requisitions, and other project billings for accuracy.
· Reviews and makes recommendations for change order work.
· Reviews and collaborates with the Superintendent to schedule proper work sequencing to manage project delivery per the contract agreements.
· Serves as a Representative of the company in a professional and conscientious manner.
· Executes and delivers to the Client all documents, operating manuals, and maintenance manuals upon project completion.
· Prepares operational required operational reports as required by company ownership or other management.
· Coordinates with the Superintendent to uphold a safe work environment.
