Key Responsibilities Property Management: Oversee multiple residential and commercial properties, ensuring seamless operations and upkeep. Asset Oversight: Coordinate scheduling, maintenance, and vendor relationships for private aircraft and boats. Project Management: Keep multiple ongoing projects organized, updated, and on track. Review invoices for accuracy, manage budgets, and negotiate contracts. Lifestyle & Personal Support: Handle personal errands, special requests, and event coordination with precision and confidentiality. Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service and results. Event Coordination: Assist with and attend after-hours events as needed, managing related logistics. Requirements Proven experience in a high-level executive assistant, personal assistant, or project management role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an expert-level command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Basic accounting or bookkeeping skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities. Confident, professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels. Valid drivers license and ability to travel occasionally. US citizen or valid work permit.
