We are seeking a skilled Visual Media Designer to conceptualize, create, and modify detailed illustrations, full-color animations, graphics, and interactive electronic media in support of aerospace engineering products and services. The ideal candidate will conduct research and analyze source data to inform high-quality visual content, establish and maintain illustration and graphics development standards, processes, and procedures, and ensure all assets are organized and accessible. This role requires ensuring compliance with applicable technical standards and specifications, collaborating with engineering and product teams, and continuously investigating emerging technologies, tools, and techniques to advance our visual communication capabilities. This role requires strong leadership competency with abilities to lead people and projects from the acquisition phase through execution closure. Position Responsibilities: Creates basic & advanced isometric, orthographic, axonometric, and perspective illustrations, wiring diagrams, and schematics for technical data products. Gathers, synthesizes, and accurately interprets engineering data to support creation of technical data products. Integrates text and illustrations.
