Required Skills/Experience: * Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass the DHS Employment Eligibility Verification process. * 3 - 5 years of relevant installation experience, preferably in DHS or other similar federal agency. * Proficient in termination of cabling types: CAT 3/CAT 5e/CAT 6/CAT 6a shielded and unshielded twisted pair (STP/UTP), RG6/RG11 coax, and single mode/multimode fiber optics. * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio. * Attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team environment. * Effective customer service, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills. Preferred Skills/Experience: * Building Industry Consultant Service International (BICSI), Technician certification. * ITIL certified. * Experience using ITSM systems, such as ServiceNow. * Building Industry Consultant Service International (BICSI), Registered Telecommunications Project Manager (RTPM).
