Michael Fuller ([email protected]) is the Chief Financial Officer of Tenere Inc. He has over 20 years of experience in operations, financial and turnaround management, serving in various senior leadership roles including COO, CFO and CEO. His business experience spans an array of industries including manufacturing, software, financial services, commercial and residential construction, metal products, consumer products, distribution, printing, media and technology. Mr. Fuller brings a unique and diverse background in operational and financial management along with a strong combination of analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.Prior to joining Tenere Inc., Mr. Fuller was a Principal and CFO at the Watermill Group, from 2012 to 2018. Mr. Fuller was responsible for financial and operational oversight of Watermill's portfolio companies and was a member of each company's Board of Advisors. Watermill is a strategy-driven private investing firm that revitalizes companies at a crossroad to drive superior investment returns. From 2007 to 2012, Mr. Fuller served as Director at Phoenix Management Services, Inc., a turnaround and capital advisory firm serving middle market companies in transition. During his tenure at Phoenix, Mr. Fuller’s advisory engagements included turnaround, crisis, and interim management. He has also served as Financial Advisor on more than 25 engagements supporting a variety of creditors, investors, and private companies ranging from start-up to $500 million in revenue.From 2000 to 2007 Mr. Fuller served as President & CEO of York Manufacturing, Inc. - a manufacturer of building products in the commercial and residential construction market. He began his career at Fidelity Investments in Boston.Mr. Fuller graduated from Bentley College with a B.S. in Finance. He is an active member in the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
