    What to Expect The Business Analytics team's mission is to enable a data driven business and generate knowledge from our data. The team is responsible for providing data and insights on our business performance and associated processes, as well as on our customers and products, being the source of truth for operations' data. The team directly supports business leaders from our retail locations to those at headquarter, and up to our executive team. The team is looking to hire an Analyst to support Used Cars and E-Commerce Operations with data and insights. Developing intuitive and reliable dashboards using tools such as Tableau will be crucial to the Analyst's success. To be successful in this role, the Analyst will need to be experienced in analytics, be effective working on a project basis and be a strong communicator. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve the integration of operational and financial data for analytics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CPA preferred. 2+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial systems, or corporate finance. 1+ year of hands-on experience with OneStream as an administrator or power user preferred. Strong understanding of financial statements, consolidations, and reporting. Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.     Job Summary: Responsible for development, adherence and maintenance of new and existing solutions as defined by business requirements.
