Job Overview
The Supervisor MFG Warehouse is responsible for supervising all areas of Warehouse Operations in a MFG Center or Hub including, but not limited to, clerks, pallet builders, checkers, loaders, forklift drivers, etc. by providing leadership to the team, training and evaluating Warehouse Personnel and Processes, and maintaining the ability to provide expertise and hands-on assistance in any area of Warehouse Operations when required. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for performance management and will lead the interviewing of potential candidates, provide direction of work to the assigned team, and provide guidance and support to any specific area of responsibility and/or Team as designated by the Warehouse MFG Manager. Duties & Responsibilities
* Supervises and directs the daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure the safe and successful completion of all related daily warehouse activities and operations.
* Verifies and ensures all applicable Warehouse processes are followed, including, but not limited to, the processes for handling damaged product check-in, etc.
* Trains and supervises a staff of warehouse personnel and evaluates processes striving for continuous improvements.
* Communicates with other departments and internal/external stakeholders as it relates to identified process improvements, quality, Out-of-Stocks (OOS ), Carrier issues, Loading issues, etc.
* Manages and models the safety culture and strives for 100% compliance concerning safety policies and procedures.
* Supervises, leads, and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training; issuing corrective action, implementing continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus, and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership.
* Leads in interviewing potential candidates.

Job Overview
The Space Management Specialist is responsible for setting up new accounts as well as resetting existing accounts with displays, racks, and point of sale materials. This position ensures that all sets and resets they are assigned are implemented by the Team Lead or the plan-o-gram that was developed for that specific account. The PM Coordinator also supports the Part Room Coordinator and the Asset Care Planner to kit and set up jobs to ensure the Mechanics are able to begin all project work in a timely, well-organized manner. This position will also work closely with the Asset Care Planner with coordinating all scheduled work for the plant to include the monitoring and creation of Job Plans and objective PMs and maintains responsibility for the optimization of PM plans, tasks, and duration or time to perform the tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Supports the Asset Care Planner in the creation and sustainability of all maintenance plans by entering data recorded on work orders
* Correcting preferred maintenance based on feedback. Backing up for the Part Coordinator position to receive parts into inventory
* Maintains all Asset Risk reports to support the PM Evaluation and validation processes as prescribed by the Maintenance System standards
* Works closely with the maintenance supervisor and Asset Care Planner to optimize PMs, while creating, adjusting, combining, or deleting PMs in a Continual Improvement and risk-based process
* Works closely with the local CMS administrator, and maintenance supervisor to create and track all unscheduled downtime in the PHRED system and supports the creation of the needed team members to determine a root cause of the unplanned downtime and implement any needed corrective action or corrections
* Places and creates any requested direct or indirect supply orders to the Parts Coordinator
* Generates, evaluates, and supplies needed reports or results by using tracking tools for daily shift meetings, weekly staff meetings, and management review
* Maintains maintenance personnel schedule postings which are displayed in the maintenance department (may vary by plant) and backs up the Asset Care Planner for weekly maintenance scheduling of WOs
* Tracks and maintains all maintenance KBIs to include budget tracking, MTBF, PM complete rate, on time and late rates, supplier usage as compared to procurement agreements (varies by plant)

Overview The Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by coordinating production manpower, workforce assignments, and resource availability. This position ensures that schedules align with production goals, safety standards, and customer delivery timelines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Overview
This Account Developer is the foundational selling, ordering, and execution role for CCCI customers. The Account Developer is responsible for selling new products and promotions to customers, collaborating with customers to generate accurate product orders, driving efficiencies through productive ordering, and ensuring commercial plans are executed across their account base. The Account Developer directly impacts the revenue and gross margin for the company in that daily volumes are based almost entirely on the order adherence and submission on a daily basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer to ensure the day to day success of the operation and directly contribute to the financial performance of the company in terms of revenue, volume and gross profit
* Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists and executes monthly Look of Success (LOS) initiatives, marketing promotions, Point-Of-Sale, and commercial plans to ensure excellence in RED (Right Execution Daily) scores for assigned customers
* Accountable for maximizing operational efficiencies by writing productive orders that meet drop size goals, minimizing shrink and out of date, ensuring compliance with routing schedules in terms of the right day and week, and also ensuring a product that is ordered is accepted by the customer
* Demonstrates an aggressive and effective selling acumen and demeanor to effectively sell-in contractual agreements, promotions, innovation products, and distribution principles
* Communicates effectively to appropriate levels within CCCI and each customer and understands different buyer types and thinking styles to maximize effectiveness
* Identifies and communicates any competitive issues or market activities that could impact the business (i.e., pricing, new packaging, change in business strategy, etc.) and executes all job duties in a safe working manner

* Secondary education beyond high school preferred
* Strong communication skills
* High initiative and willingness to learn
* Career mindedness and a highly competitive nature
* Strong foundation in Microsoft Office Applications
* 90% in the market, 10% home office with substantial day travel and mileage
