Job Overview
The Senior Manager Government Relations is responsible for and assists the Director and VP Public Affairs for the administration of Company political and legislative strategies in designated states, within their geographic area, including specified municipalities in that geography important to the Company's overall business strategy. The role maintains and develops key relationships with state and local policymakers. The Senior Manager Government Relations assists the Director and VP Public Affairs through monitoring regional legislative activity, attending committee meetings, political functions, as well as providing research in the development of the Company's government relations strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage and execute strategies to engage members in public policy input, comprehensive state, and local lobbying campaigns, and government relations. Tracks all engagement and produces communications to inform leaders
* Develop and maintain positive relationships and strategic partnerships with elected officials and policymakers to develop mutually beneficial partnerships to serve both the communities and to promote the Coca-Cola brand
* Represents the Company at appropriate dinners, legislative days, hearings, and other gatherings with key policymakers and influencers in a monitoring role as needed at the direction of the VP Government Relations
* Monitors legislation and issues of importance to the company at the direction of the VP Government Relations and provide policy research on issues important to the Company to assist in developing a comprehensive Government Relations strategy
* Develop and implement strategies with State Beverage Associations and other strategic partners to enable policy development and legislation to support development and growth

The ProgramManager (PM) serves as the primary focal point and is responsible for overall program leadership, coordination, and execution of all contractor activities under the IRS HSPD-12 Credentialing Support contract. Duties & Responsibilities:
The ProgramManager (PM) shall:
Serve as the primary focal point and be responsible for all activities.
Attend ICAM task order meetings.
Attend ICAM meetings and document meeting minutes.
Minutes must include date, time, location, attendees, significant discussions, action items, and due dates.
The ProgramManager (PM) shall manage support within the ICAM HQ Washington, DC office and coordinate activities with the on-site COR.
Manage contract registrar movement in the field and replacement of government-issued equipment.

Provide full program oversight, ensuring all credentialing sites are fully staffed and operational.

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of GNC Product Development projects, including formulation review, flavor testing and approval, packaging specifications, label and artwork review, quality control documentation review, streamlining and optimizing product development processes, and ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of Product Development projects, including formulation review, flavor testing and approval, packaging specifications, label and artwork review, quality control documentation review, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
* Support pre-development processes for raw materials and new product concepts, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are assigned, deadlines are met, and project milestones are achieved.
* Build, maintain, and update project plans; proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality Control, Packaging, Legal, and Supply Chain, to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.
* Coordinate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist with vendor and supplier evaluation and selection, continuously updating and maintaining the vendor database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
* Assist with budget management and financial tracking for assigned projects.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in product development and project management.
