You will also be responsible for the care, storage and maintenance of all Anesthesia related equipment, supplies and unrestricted drugs used by the Department of Anesthesia. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES: -High school diploma or general education degree (GED) -CPR Certification/ ASATT or Cer.ATT required -One year of related experience and/or training preferred -Applicant must have cardiac experience! Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift. On-Call & weekend work is required. Salary Range: Minimum 19.56/hour - Maximum 32.28/hour. The unit cares for highly acute cardiac medicine patients with diagnoses such as acute MI, cardiomyopathy, dysrhythmia, and heart failure. Treatments are primarily medical, but frequently include intervention in the Cardiac Cath & Electrophysiology lab, including stent placement, ablation, PPM/AICD implantation, or TAVR. Due to the chronicity of cardiac disease, staff have the opportunity to form strong positive relationships due to the extended stays of many patients and their families.
