Michael Nicholson has been the President and Chief Operating Officer since January 2016. He also served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer from January 2016 to August 2017. Previously, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ANN, Inc. from December 2012 until August 2015.
