Must respond to all alarms on alternate week nights, alternate weekends, and on call Holidays. Must respond to emergency maintenance requests and repair minor jobs. Volunteer position includes coverage of Booth and Catherine Booth residences while on-call during weeknights, alternate weekends and holidays. Scheduled time away from property must coincide with the on-call schedule.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Good skills in various light maintenance functions.
Must be safety conscious.
Must have the ability to work and relate well with older and disabled persons.
Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.
Must be able to follow a written schedule of daily tasks.
Must have transportation to serve as on-call staff after regular 1st shift hours.
Must be able to change to different tasks quickly as an emergency requires.

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of resident's apartments and common areas as assigned by the Maintenance Director.
Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.10
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide housekeeping services in resident apartments by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, and laundering linens.
Ensure common areas are kept clean and sanitized as assigned
Handle and store all cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations
Maintain housekeeping storage areas are clean and organized
Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Director
Ensure safety issues are reported immediately (broken glass, water leaks, broken locks, broken toilets, etc.)
