The Salvation Army ARC is seeking a Production Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the warehouse and truck operations to ensure efficiency in production.
Responsibilities
Supervise, direct and train production and dispatch employees.
Schedule all employees assigned to the production department to ensure adequate coverage in all areas.
See that all vehicles (including fork lift) are properly registered, inspected, and maintained and regularly serviced. Keep records of same as per policy.
Maintain and keep in safe working order all equipment assigned to your area of responsibility. (Baler(s), scales, wheelers, and other rolling stock, etc.)
Ensure that pickup, truck route, and driver schedules are planned economically and that all donated items are brought to the center expeditiously and without damage.

Supervise the expediting process, ensuring that furniture is properly cleaned, sanitized, tagged, placed on manifest, and shipped to thrift stores.
Maintain, complete, and submit on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required by policy all warehouse and production reports (Motor Vehicle Request (MVR) monthly, Medical Cards and CDL license checks, Daily Production Report, Daily Baling Report, Dispatch/Phone Room Report, etc.), and employee time cards/time sheets, requests for time off, etc.
Ensure sufficient staffing of warehouse and trucking; including interviewing and recommending recruitment of warehouse personnel and drivers, as required.
Conduct regular evaluations of Dispatch and warehouse personnel, identifying performance strengths and deficiencies. Recommend training needs and corrective measures as necessary.

The Supervisor of ICC Credentialing oversees the support staff within ICC Credentialing as well as department documentation to ensure accuracy of departmental output.

Marketing
Participate in communications planning meeting, create and maintain PowerPoint presentations, ensure branding of department publications.
System Updates/integrations
With Manager of ICC Credentialing: Identify and implement systems updates and integrations to further enhance the customer experience with ICC and the Family of Solutions
Operational control
Timekeeping, scheduling, and professional development of the ICC Credentialing support staff
Monitor and maintain miscellaneous reports for the department
With Manager and Vice-President of ICC Credentialing: Carry out strategic planning to meet departmental and company-wide goals and Monitor and promote new business opportunities for ICC Credentialing and ICC Family of Solutions
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Our Strong Kids, Healthy Kids (SK2) after school program uses After School Classroom Leaders to run a classroom of youth from grades Kindergarten to 8

Grade. SK2 is a program for our community. We have 80 students in our program that are from various cultural and social economic backgrounds. The Classroom Leader will implement the program and schedule that the Education Programing Specialist has created for the semester for their classroom. The nature of the tasks and responsibilities will change to some degree based upon the program they are assisting in; but their character and attitude must always promote the Christian faith and be in keeping with the mission of The Salvation Army.

Prepare classroom for the day
Take attendance and check in youth using an iPad and paper check in sheet if the system is down

Write Incident Reports when needed and use the official communication equipment (radios)
