We have a unique team format consisting of a 2:1 & 1:1 student to educator ratio with a Special Education Teacher and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within each classroom, both not considered in ratio. Classrooms are no more than 8 students per room. Our goal is to provide a highly structured and intensive environment while building positive relationships with our students and supporting them not only educationally, but behaviorally, socially, adaptively, and emotionally. Salary range is $65,000-$75,000, commensurate with education and experience. Schedule: * The full time position is school based working from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for a 226 day school year.
