Education and Experience: * 5+ years of mechanical experience * Extensive experience in diagnostics and repair of heavy equipment. * High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or technical degree preferred. Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift and move heavy components and tools up to 50 lbs. * Ability to work outdoors and in various field environments. * Manual dexterity and physical stamina to work with mechanical tools and parts for extended periods. * Ability to operate service trucks and diagnostic equipment safely. Licenses and Certification Requirements: * Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and the ability to drive Company vehicles per insurance requirements may be required on a case-by-case basis.
