Skills/Capabilities and Education: * Technical or trade school certification, college degree or additional work experience in related field. * At least 7 years of experience in gas compression with preference to CAT, Ariel and/or Cummins. * CAT Gas Engine II, Troubleshooting, Electronics certifications; CAT 3500, 3600, ADEM 3 and ADEM 4, Ariel Mechanics 1 and 2, Murphy panel a plus. * Valid driver's license with a Motor Vehicle Record history acceptable to USA Compression. * Strong interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal skills. * Excellent customer service skills with customer field personnel, onsite vendors, and other employees. * Ability to understand written and verbal communication from the company and supervisor including training, procedures, instructions, etc. * Ability to be self-managed and work independently with little or no supervision.
