Complete the work, notations and time-keeping necessary to the successful completion of warranty repair orders and the filing of warranty claims
Report to management any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers or employees
Take care to ensure that customer's vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced
Understand and complete required training for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
Comply with all federal, state and local laws, as well as company policy, regarding safeguarding all customer vehicles, property and information

* Should a conflict arise with a client, the Technician expected to work to accommodate the situation to the best of their ability.
* If an agreement is not easily reached, or the situation escalates, the Technician is to contact the appropriate agent for assistance (Public Safety, Technology, Conference and Event Services, etc.)
* Technicians are expected to work cooperatively and in conjunction with MassArt's Conference and Event Services and Technology Departments.
* MassArt's Technology Department will arrange for and oversee the training of new Technician hires.
* Access to the Tower Auditorium is gained via key and keypad. Keys are kept in and signed in/out of MassArt's Public Safety office.
* A list of Technicians approved for access is provided regularly to Public Safety
* No Technician should possess, or be in possession of, college-issued keys for any purpose or timeframe other than when scheduled to work unless otherwise arranged in advance
Upon completion of a shift, Technicians will notify both Conference and Event Services and Technology in the event of any circumstance deemed out of the ordinary or lacking routine. These include but are not limited to:
* Conflict with client
* Concern regarding event type, audience, content, etc.
* Concern with internal personnel (Faculty/Staff, Facilities, Public Safety, Caterer, etc.)
* Concern with college space/furniture
* Broken or missing equipment
* Equipment needed

* Possesses proven, significant experience relative to the position, as well as more complex technical knowledge
* Independently supervises projects and other student employees
* Operation and accountability of more complex equipment and tasks
