    Job Title: Travel Technician We are seeking Travel Technicians to join our team and work at various locations across the United States. This position requires 100% travel and involves installing low-voltage wiring and equipment such as IP cameras, Wireless Access Points (WAPs), routers, switches, and more. Candidates should expect to be on the road for 2-8 months at a time. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well with a partner. You will be paired with another technician for the duration of each project, typically working 6 days per week. Responsibilities: + Pull and terminate low-voltage cable (Cat5, Cat6). + Install network equipment in commercial settings. + Follow instructions and applicable codes when pulling cable. + Run low-voltage cabling in commercial buildings, including drilling through concrete walls and limited conduit work. + Ensure all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations. + Install cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, and inner duct. + Conduct tests to verify newly installed cable systems and devices are operational. + Troubleshoot cable network issues. + Adhere to all project safety requirements set forth by the client, customers, or OSHA. + Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor. Requirements: + Previous experience as a Data Cable Technician. + Ability and willingness to travel extensively nationwide (100% travel). + Available to work overnight shifts (7 PM - 7 AM), 5 days per week. + Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more multiple times per shift. + Comfortable working in cramped spaces and at heights. + Ability to operate a scissor lift. + Willingness to travel to Lowell, AR for new hire orientation. + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUI/DWI in the past 3 years). + Ability to complete work orders and maintain tools provided by the company. + Compliance with PPE requirements (company provides hard hat, vest, and safety glasses; must provide steel-toed boots). + Required tools: hand tools, screwdrivers (standard and Phillips), snips, punch-down tool (impact), toner and probe, pliers, adjustable wrenches, joint pliers, and lineman pliers.
