Job Description The Treasury Management Account Manager Leader is responsible for managing a team of sales personnel working to develop new and existing Treasury Management business. The role is a strong opportunity for someone with the ability to hire, develop, lead and hold accountable a team of high performing sales professionals that generate revenue by utilizing solution selling strategies. This role will give someone the opportunity to have frequent client interaction, as well as a close partnership with market/division leaders. This position will be empowered to use the solution selling model to grow and track the team's existing portfolio and source new business, as well as achieve annual price x volume production and expense goals.
