Mark Douglas became president and chief executive officer of FMC in June 2020. He has led the company’s commercial, operational and technology organizations as president and chief operating officer of FMC since June 2018. Mr. Douglas was named president of the Agricultural Solutions business in October 2012, after being named president of the Industrial Chemicals Group in 2011. He joined FMC in March 2010 as vice president, Global Operations and International Development. Mr. Douglas was previously with The Dow Chemical Company where he was vice president, president Asia, Dow Advanced Materials. Prior to Dow, he was corporate vice president, president Asia, Rohm and Haas Company, based in Shanghai. During his 21 years with Rohm and Haas, Mr. Douglas held sales, marketing and executive management positions in London, Singapore, Shanghai and Philadelphia. Mr. Douglas is a director of FMC Corporation and Quaker Houghton. He is also a member of the Crop Life International Board of Directors and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.

His forward-thinking leadership has guided the company’s tremendous growth: from $50M in annual EBIDTA in 2009 to nearly $400M in 2018. Bryan served as president of U.S. Silica from 2011-2020 and as CEO and a member of the board of directors since 2012. Before that, he was SVP of sales and marketing from 2009-2011. During Bryan's tenure, the company added new business lines, including Oil & Gas Proppants, EP Minerals and SandBox Logistics, solidifying its reputation as a valued innovation partner that develops and delivers unmatched offerings to customers. The company is now an industry leader with a reputation for bringing high-quality, custom products to market faster and more effectively than the competition. Before U.S. Silica, Bryan held key leadership roles at the E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company from 1983-2009, including global business director and global sales director. Bryan earned a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Delaware.

Craig A. Rogerson was elected Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company effective July 9, 2017 and of Hexion Holdings Corporation in July 2019. He served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Chemtura Corporation from December 2008 to April 2017. He was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Hercules Incorporated from December 2003 to November 2008. Mr. Rogerson joined Hercules in 1979 and served in a number of management positions, including President of the FiberVisions and Pinova Divisions, Vice President of Global Procurement and Chief Operating Officer. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Wacker Silicones Corporation from 1997-2000. In May 2000, he rejoined Hercules and became President of its BetzDearborn division in August 2000. Mr. Rogerson serves on the boards of PPL Corporation, Ashland Global Holdings Inc., the American Chemistry Council, the Society of Chemical Industry, and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. He also serves on the Advisory board of the Michigan State University Chemical Engineering & Materials Science College. For Hexion Holdings Corporation, he serves on the Listing Committee.
