Communicate with client Security personnel and advance various tour needs in preparation of show. Work directly with emergency services personnel, Law Enforcement, Medical and First Aid staff. Assist in the communications to local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies if relevant for the event. Make real-time decisions and communicate with management, first responders, venue guests, employees, and performers in the facility in an emergency situation. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent is required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Security experience preferred. Bi-lingual is beneficial. Position requires prolonged standing, prolonged walking, and able to work in the elements of the weather at times. Professional certifications: Guard Card Preferred.
