Must have CLEET ASG certification or equivalent Peace Officer certification from another state or completed Phase 1 and/or Phase 2 to become certified. Valid Oklahoma Drivers License and license to carry a firearm required. Must have knowledge of law enforcement policies and procedures. Basic computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate and engage individuals on a professional, friendly, efficient, and courteous manner. Good judgement and strong problem-solving ability. Must be honest, courageous, alert, observant, calm, well-disciplined, reliable, and loyal. Ability to multitask and prioritize are a requirement. Must demonstrate ability to learn, manage and operate electronic systems that support the security team. While on duty, must wear OMRF-issued uniform and equipment. Preferred Qualifications First aid and/or CPR certification strongly preferred. Specialized training in security procedures and tactics and/or military training preferred. ASIS International membership and/or APP certification a plus. Work Hours Flexible schedule. Main shifts will occur Monday through Friday between 7:30am to 5:00pm. No nights, weekends or holidays required. However, may have the opportunity to work additional hours covering for other security team members taking leave or during special events. In that case, shifts would vary depending on availability and special event details.
