This position trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and various job-related tasks. He/She holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards. This is a Tuesday - Saturday position.

About the role - Operations Supervisor (Winnemucca, Nevada)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for an Operations Supervisor within our Specialty Mining Chemicals team.
The Operations Supervisor will lead and drive all operational activities to ensure sustainable improvement of critical business processes, systems, and technology to improve overall operational goals. Working directly and indirectly with all levels of Orica employees and external stakeholders, the role will focus primarily on the overall management and tracking of all operational functions for both solutions and solids.
