What I like best about the leadership is the ethical nature of how our president leads.

Not many.
Working with students along with the amazing benefits package!
The President is the warmest, most caring human I have ever met. The leadership cares about the students, focusing areas on what helps them succeed.
Overall pay could improve and it has been doing so in resent years.
Study UNF and brush up on how I can contribute to the mission.
Average and similar to other universities.
Very good with overall excellent mix of people with different backgrounds and viewpoints.
Student success and a mission that is easy to get behind.
Wonderful people who genuinely care about everyone.

I’ve been here for over 25 years so haven’t interviewed here in a very long time
From my perspective my salary is above my peers average salary.
We are a very diverse organization and absolutely value all views, opinions, and perspectives.
Being an institute of higher ed, I love to see how everyone can make a difference in a student’s life.
I like the people. Working with operations staff is great and engaging with guests and vendors is overall rewarding.
Work/life balance is awful in my position at MOCA Jacksonville (cultural institute of the university). The pay is worse. There's also a major lack of communication between the directors and the rest of the staff.
Working downtown is nice.
Flexibility; nice people; largely depends on your department
Low pay, way below average
State benefits; time off
