Position Summary
The Crisis Intervention Specialist (CIS) provides behavioral health crisis intervention services to individuals who are referred to Sea Mar's Adult Mobile Crisis Intervention (AMCI) team through the Southwest Washington Crisis line, 911 or CRESA. A Sea Mar Mental Health Professional (MHP) will always be available to the CIS for consultation. Sea Mar Behavioral Health's diverse and quickly expanding program is seeking a full-time therapist for its Behavioral Health program in Seattle, WA. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven therapist to join our team. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity with the potential to earn incentives based on weekly productivity. The Mental Health Therapist (MHT) provides individual and group counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment planning. Position Summary:
We are seeking a mental health clinician for our New Journeys First Episode Psychosis (FEP) program out of our Lynnwood Sea Mar clinic. New Journeys (NJ) is an evidenced-based, voluntary, intensive early intervention program that provides coordinated specialty care for individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis. A small interdisciplinary program works with individuals and their natural supports to assist participants in achieving optimal functioning in home, school, work, social and leisure areas of their life. The NJ Team provides individual resilience training/individual training (IRT), education and employment support, family support and education, peer support, case management, and medication management. Treatment can involve multiple contacts per week with the individual and/or natural supports, and can occur in the office, community, or in the individual's home. Enrollment in New Journeys can last up to two years with the goal that individuals are in the recovery phase of psychosis and confident in their abilities to live a fulfilling, meaningful life upon graduation. Monthly free training and support is provided by the University of Washington and clinicians can earn free CEU's.
This position is eligible for a $2,500 signing/retention bonus. Sea Mar BH is also an eligible site for both state and federal student loan repayment programs.
Full-time position available for a MH Therapist III or Licensed MH Therapist for our Behavioral Health Program in Lynnwood. Position does require some community based services.
The MHT will be work within a team of 5 in assessing/treating individuals experiencing their First Episode Psychosis (FEP) within an early intervention model. This clinician will receive training using one of the leading evidence based practices shown to improve prognosis within this population. must be recovery-oriented, experienced Masters level clinician. Role will include assisting clients in identifying and developing recovery goals, learn about psychosis and skills for managing it, develop coping skills for stressful situations and persistent symptoms, and address challenges related to achieving their recovery goals. It is desirable (but not required) that the mental health clinician have a background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills, such as social skills training, cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, coping skills training, relaxation training, and psychoeducation. Experience with adolescents and young adults is an advantage, but not required.

Position Summary:
Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist or MH Therapist III position available for our Behavioral Health Clinic in Tumwater, WA. We are looking for an experienced mental health clinician to provide mental health assessments in the Thurston County region to increase access to behavioral health services. Hybrid schedules are possible with Program Manager's approval.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Administrative:
The LMHT maintains a caseload in compliance with agency caseload and productivity requirements.
Assists in ensuring agency compliance with WAC's, RCW's, and other pertinent laws, regulations, and contracts.
Assists in developing and implementing policies and procedures as directed by the Program Manager.
Educates staff regarding the process for health service referrals and regarding "psychoeducational topics (suicide risk assessment, behavior modification, evidence based practices, etc.) as directed by the Program Director and/or Clinical Supervisor.
Maintains documentation of health services, and follows through on patient charts, including but not limited to: intake, assessment, treatment plan, crisis plan, authorization paper work, clinical encounters, 180 reviews, etc.
Clinical Duties:
Provides diagnostic assessments for each patient during the program. Documents outcomes, justifies diagnoses, and communicates with the primary care provider, chemical dependency counselor and other individuals involved in the client's clinical care.
Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
Demonstrates clinical competencies and proper use of approved diagnostic tools to justify clinical diagnosis and practices.
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span.
Possesses a clear understanding and proper use of the clinical practice guidelines.
Has the ability to identify and categorize each patient's age-specific grouping of needs, such as those for infant, adolescent, or geriatric patients.
Refers patients to psychiatric services as appropriate. Gathers record materials and background information as needed by the community health center (See Policies and Procedures). Coordinates care with the psychiatric service provider to insure accuracy of presentation and that identified needs are addressed. Provides monitoring regarding the effects of medications, and feedback to the psychiatrist regarding effects/side effects.
Provides consultation to Sea Mar staff regarding health and behavioral issues and develops treatment plans with staff to address emotional needs and behavioral problems identified for patients.
Provides individual counseling in coordination with other systems as needed.
Provides suicide risk assessment and develops treatment plans to address suicidal ideations or gestures. Uses case management as needed to provide follow through and build community support as follow through. Provides other crisis stabilization as needed.
Gathers information regarding past health services to be used in the individual's treatment plan development. Provides referrals to patients prior to or following admission, and exchange information with outside service providers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
ADMINISTRATIVE
Assists in insuring agency compliance with WAC's, RCW's, and other pertinent laws, regulations, and contracts.
Assists in developing and implementing policies and procedures as directed by the Program Manager.
Educates staff regarding the process for mental health service referrals and regarding "psycho educational topics (suicide risk assessment, behavior modification, etc.) as directed by the Program Manager.
Maintains documentation of mental health services, and follow through in patient charts.
CLINICAL DUTIES
Provides diagnostic assessments for each patient during the program. Documents outcomes, justifies diagnoses, and communicates with the primary Chemical Dependency Counselor regarding outcomes and recommendations.
Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span.
Able to identify and categorize each patient's age-specific grouping of needs, such as those for infant, adolescent, or geriatric patients.
Refers patients to psychiatric services as appropriate. Gathers record materials and background information as needed by the community mental health center (See Policies and Procedures). Attends session with the psychiatric service provider to insure accuracy of presentation and that identified needs are addressed. Provides monitoring regarding the effects of medications, and feedback to the psychiatrist regarding effects/side effects.
Provides consultation to Sea Mar staff regarding mental health and behavioral issues; and develops treatment plans with staff to address emotional needs and behavioral problems identified for patients.
Provides individual counseling, in coordination with other system as needed.
Provides suicide risk assessment and develop treatment plans to address suicidal ideation or gestures. Uses case management as needed to provide follow through and build community support as follow through. Provides other crisis stabilization as needed.
Gathers information regarding past mental health services to be used in the individual's treatment plan development. Provides mental health services referrals to patients prior to or following admission, and exchanges information with outside service providers.
Supports other staff regarding mental health needs of staff or patients. Maintains confidentiality, prevent splitting between staff and patients, and offer concrete ideas on handling challenging situations.
PRODUCTIVITY STANDARD
Performs a minimum of 80 hours of face-to-face contact and 80 encounters each month.
Education and/or Requirements:
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology or social work, which includes course work in psychological diagnostics, is required.
Applicants must qualify as an MHP in accordance with state WACs.
Good oral and written skills a must.
Experience with the MHIP model of care, patient registries, and collaborative care required.
Four or more years' experience in the field.
Must meet criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP).
Must hold and maintain an active Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor License (may be pending for up to 60 days if applied for within 7 days of being offered employment) or mental health Associate License (includes Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, and Clinical Social Worker).
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Position Summary:
Sea Mar's Behavioral Health Department is seeking a Full-Time Integrated MH Therapist or Licensed Therapist to work in our Concrete, WA Medical Clinic. The IMHT functions as a core member of the Clinical Care Team. The IMHT works within a medical setting to provide diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, and case management, in coordination with other teams or parties involved in treatment.

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Clinician to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed outpatient services to adults with commercial insurance. This role is part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team composed of mental health, substance use, and medical professionals. Services are provided both in-person and via telehealth. The salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience.
This position is located in our beautiful new offices in the historic Medical Dental Building (509 Olive Way) in downtown Seattle. Requirements

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist is responsible for working with CDMHP's, inpatient facilities, including Western State Hospital, and ensuring proper protocols are followed for hospitalization authorization and during discharge planning. In addition, the Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides individual counseling, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment and treatment plans, and leads groups. Position Summary:
Full-time Mental Health Therapist position available for our Behavioral Health Program located in Lynnwood, WA. The MH Therapist provides assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved with treatment. In addition, the therapist will provide individual counseling, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment and treatment plans, and lead therapy groups.
This position uses a patient registry to track and measure patient goals and clinical outcomes, and facilitate treatment adjustment if a patient is not improving as expected. The person in this position will utilize pay-for-performance mechanisms to support model fidelity and prioritize patient outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
ADMINISTRATIVE
Assists in insuring agency compliance with WAC's, RCW's, and other pertinent laws, regulations, and contracts.
Assists in developing and implementing policies and procedures as directed by the Program Manager.
Educates staff regarding the process for mental health service referrals and regarding "psycho educational topics (suicide risk assessment, behavior modification, etc.) as directed by the Program Manager.
Maintains documentation of mental health services, and follow through in patient charts.
CLINICAL DUTIES
Provides diagnostic assessments for each patient during the program. Documents outcomes, justifies diagnoses, and communicates with the primary Chemical Dependency Counselor regarding outcomes and recommendations.
Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span.
Able to identify and categorize each patient's age-specific grouping of needs, such as those for infant, adolescent, or geriatric patients.
Refers patients to psychiatric services as appropriate. Gathers record materials and background information as needed by the community mental health center (See Policies and Procedures). Attends session with the psychiatric service provider to insure accuracy of presentation and that identified needs are addressed. Provides monitoring regarding the effects of medications, and feedback to the psychiatrist regarding effects/side effects.
Provides consultation to Sea Mar staff regarding mental health and behavioral issues; and develops treatment plans with staff to address emotional needs and behavioral problems identified for patients.
Provides individual counseling, in coordination with other system as needed.
Provides suicide risk assessment and develop treatment plans to address suicidal ideation or gestures. Uses case management as needed to provide follow through and build community support as follow through. Provides other crisis stabilization as needed.
Gathers information regarding past mental health services to be used in the individual's treatment plan development. Provides mental health services referrals to patients prior to or following admission, and exchanges information with outside service providers.
Supports other staff regarding mental health needs of staff or patients. Maintains confidentiality, prevent splitting between staff and patients, and offer concrete ideas on handling challenging situations.
PRODUCTIVITY STANDARD
Performs a minimum of 80 hours of face-to-face contact and 80 encounters each month.
Education and/or Requirements:
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology or social work, which includes course work in psychological diagnostics, is required.
Applicants must qualify as an MHP in accordance with state WACs.
Good oral and written skills a must.
Experience with the MHIP model of care, patient registries, and collaborative care required.
Four or more years' experience in the field.
Must meet criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP).
Must hold and maintain an active Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor License (may be pending for up to 60 days if applied for within 7 days of being offered employment) or mental health Associate License (includes Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, and Clinical Social Worker).
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
