Pros of working at Valued Relationships Inc

I love the job itself. I've been doing this for 25 yrs. Not all with this company but altogether in this business nearly 25 years. It's very rewarding. I enjoy meeting people and helping others and knowing tht I'm making a difference in theyr lives.

Cons of working at Valued Relationships Inc

The management. Honestly I'm not really sure it's even the upper management bc im not sure if they even are aware of wats going on here. My work has been taken away from me. My immediate supervisor and her supervisor are showing considerable favortism to another employee. This person lives 2 hrs away from where I wk. Yet they give her wat used to be my area and now she has 3/4 of it bc wen I was off 4 yrs ago bc I had Covid and they didn't have a back up (theyr own fault) they used her and she "jumped thru some hoops" I was told to help them in theyr time of need. Ok thts all fine and great. But then they got all caught up. So why is she still coming here 4 yrs later getting $90 dols a job? Here I am with practically ZERO wk. I've got 25 yrs to her 5. ( I've got 23 yrs with Guardian and 2 with VRI. She has 3 with Guardian and 2 with VRI). This is clearly favortism and from a company standpoint quite frankly it's just plain stupid. They are losing money. I'm right here. I can do about 8 to 10 jobs a day. I've done 16 a day before. It's not benefitting the company at all. They are making any profit. It's not practical. And I was told tht she gets to keep this area forever. Needless to say this is a huge slap in the face to me as I have done plenty of favors for them over 25 yrs. Not necessarily VRI no but the previous company yes which whom I still work with those same ppl. I don't think many of them even realize this. I was Guardians very 1st technician they ever had in IN. I used to run the entire state. I built their business up to wat it was. I met all the CMs from all those govt agencies bc I had to go all over. I've worked with Barb Doss before. I trained all of the technicians tht IN had but then alot of them quit and others came on board. Not only did I start IN but I also started up and got Illinois going as well. I was theyr 1st tech too. So there's alot of things I've done for the previous company tht made me a valuable employee and at one time I had a title of senior tech. Then someone decided to take tht away from me along with some territory and slash my pay not once but TWICE. So, you can understand my frustration with them giving this person my territory tht I've worked so hard to get for 25 years. I understand VRI is a different company and I understand tht this person helped out but Im sry what I see is just clearly favortism and thts all it is. I have asked not my supervisor but HER supervisor if she would please just give me a few just a

What do you like best about Valued Relationships Inc's CEO and the leadership team?

I do not know much about the CEO. The leadership team. The leadership tht I have to interact with I am not happy with and I've explained why previously. Oh also, not my supervisor but her supervisor if I should ask a question it takes her days to reply. There's never a reasonable response time. It's very very slow.

How would you improve Valued Relationships Inc's culture?

How did you prepare for the Valued Relationships Inc interview?

I didn't have to. It was a transition from Guardian to VRI. VRI bought Guardian which I worked for for 23 years.

It's up with the others.
